Before thinking about generation, rarity, or supply, we focused on one thing.
Does Pippin feel alive?Each base model was sculpted in 3D from scratch. Proportions were refined. Materials were tuned. Lighting was carefully studied.
The goal was to create a character that works as a profile picture — but also holds up under close inspection.
We didn't want to rely on generic generation tools.
Instead, we built and customized a dedicated Blender add-on specifically engineered for Pippin.
For three full weeks, our work was entirely technical. We refined:

The result is a system that produces thousands of variations — yet each one feels deliberately composed. Technology became a tool for creative control, not automation.
Even though Pippin is algorithmically generated, it never feels mechanical.
Every hair variation, accessory, texture, and background was modeled individually. Every render passed visual checks before finalization.
